Tlatlauquitepec

Tlatlauquitepec is a Magical Town of mountains, a convent, waterfalls and orchids. SECTUR notes that its name comes from Nahuatl words related to “hill that colors” and that it joined the program in 2012.

From the Plaza de Armas you can see Cerro Cabezón, a natural formation full of legends and beauty. It is one of Puebla's most complete Magical Towns for active tourism: historic center, convent, hill, reservoirs, waterfalls, springs and orchid growing, a combination of religious heritage and nature ideal for a two-day stay.
